Rockwell Collins Canada is leveraging its global enterprise to bring world class capabilities to the Canadian market, including: TruNet™ − the first software defined network communications solution to include ground, airborne and handheld radios; TacNet™ Tactical Radio and other Link 16 communication systems to deliver unprecedented situational awareness; and Live, Virtual and Constructive training and simulation solutions to provide the flexibility and customization required to meet current and future operational demands of the Canadian Armed Forces.

The company is leading the development and deployment of its new Wideband HF communication system, as well as its wireless ad-hoc networking technologies, both for use in Canada and global export from its Ottawa facility. Rockwell Collins Canada also provides support for Link 16 terminals installed on Canadian Forces CF-188 fighters, as well as ARC-210 radios and service for the CH-147, CC-130s, and other commercial derivatives owned and operated by the Government of Canada.

Rockwell Collins is a trusted provider of communication systems to the Royal Canadian Navy as our 721S radios will be integrated onto new and legacy platforms. Rockwell Collins also provides its Common Avionics Architecture System cockpit for the Royal Canadian Air Force CH-147. Other aircraft with Rockwell Collins avionics products and systems include the C-130J Super Hercules, CC-177 Globe­master, and the CH-148 Cyclone Maritime Patrol Helicopter, including two full motion simulators.
